The Transformation Officer will support the Project Team within the Digital Care Strategy, in particular e-Health Records to support working towards a paper-light organisation. This role is part of a team of staff whose tasks include supporting the implementation of Digital Projects and some of the tasks involved will be: Taking and typing of minutes Organise meetings and workshops. Planning training courses Book Trust staff onto training courses Updating the issues and risk log and supporting with other project documentation The successful candidate should be highly motivated, have relevant experience and evidence of involvement in implementing change and projects. Main duties of the job This role is part of a team of administration staff whose tasks include: Programme/project and department administration support. Administration support for Digital Delivery. Taking and typing of minutes, agendas and liaising with Chairpersons. Organise meetings and workshops. Book Trust staff onto training courses new and existing ICT Systems. File and retrieve all programme and project documentation. Updating the issues and risk logs for projects. Stock ordering and ensuring delivery to correct teams.
