Key Responsibilities:
Managing and processing a range of complex planning applications
Undertaking site visits to assess planning applications and proposals
Providing expert advice and recommendations on planning matters
Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to planning committees
Liaising with developers, architects, and the public effectively
Ensuring compliance with relevant planning legislation and policies
Participating in public inquiries and appeals as required
Job Requirements:
Experience in Development Management and Town Planning
