Need INFOR Implementation end to end experience as a lead Project Manager. Title: Finance System Implementation Manager Duration: 12 Months Based: London - Hybrid 2-3 days We are currently partnered with a charity who are looking to implement a fully integrated finance, procurement, and financial planning and analysis system: Sun Systems, Proactis, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). As the Finance System Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful end-to-end implementation of Sun, Proactis, and EPM, as well as the migration from the current system (Business Central). This role involves leading the project in collaboration with the Head of Financial Accounts, working closely with the finance team and other stakeholders to ensure the new system meets the organisation's financial and operational needs. Responsibilities: Efficiently oversee the project, including initiation, design, development, data migration, testing, and implementation. Actively track and report on progress and performance, ensuring alignment with the agreed plan, timeline, scope, and budget. Plan and schedule resource needs and requirements across the organization in advance. Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and challenges that could cause delays or cost overruns, or result in an unsuitable solution. Address any issues proactively. Collaborate with the Financial Analyst to configure and customize the system to meet the charity's ongoing needs. Ensure robust specifications are included during the design phase to meet business needs and map key processes. Work with the implementation partner to design and execute data migration from Business Central to Sun, ensuring data integrity. Oversee the integration of various systems, including the CRM system, Proactis, and EPM, with the finance system, ensuring streamlined and automated processes with minimal human intervention while maintaining strong internal controls. Coordinate training and user acceptance testing, resolving any issues before the system goes live. Document processes and system configurations, and implement a training and support plan for end-users before and after go-live. Engage with functional leads, the finance team, IT team, suppliers, and the implementation partner, adapting communication styles as needed. Act as the main liaison with the implementation partner and external consultants, ensuring performance aligns with the statement of work, resolving issues, and delivering a high-standard solution. Articulate project goals and objectives, motivating and leading stakeholders towards successful implementation. Review and streamline internal processes, enhancing automation and integration with other business systems. Ensure processes are scalable to maintain strong controls during periods of significant growth and change. Must Haves: Project Management Qualification (Prince2, PMP, PMI) Proven experience leading the implementation of Infor Sun Systems. Understanding of financial accounting standards and reporting, ideally have knowledge of the requirements of SORP. Proven experience of introducing or improving internal controls and system processes. Understanding of data mapping, cleansing, and transformation processes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ability to lead across training initiatives.
