We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our team at a well-respected secondary school in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students, teaching all three sciences (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) up to GCSE level.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons across all three sciences (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Plan, prepare, and assess work effectively in line with curriculum requirements.
Monitor and support student progress, providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Foster a positive and motivating classroom environment that promotes a love for science.
Participate in the wider school community and contribute to extracurricular activities.
We are looking for someone who:
Has QTS and experience teaching science at Key Stage 3 and 4.
Is competent and confident in delivering all three sciences up to GCSE level.
Demonstrates a passion for teaching and inspiring students.
Has excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Is able to work effectively as part of a team.
