Job Title: Locum Physiotherapist Banding : 6 Location : London Duration: Until 3 May 2025 Rate : £ 2 4 £ 2 7 Working hours : 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:00am-16:00pm or 10:00am-18:00pm We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in London. This role involves working with acute and older people, providing essential physiotherapy services in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing, treating, and planning care for patients with a variety of complex needs. What will your responsibilities be: As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and planning physiotherapy interventions for patients with acute medical, neurology, respiratory, trauma, frailty, and cognitive impairments. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. Your role will include managing complex case management and discharge planning, supervising junior staff and students, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will provide education and support to patients and their caregivers, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to achieve the best possible outcomes. Qualifications and Experiences: HCPC registered Physiotherapist Experience in acute medical, neurology, respiratory, trauma, frailty, and cognitive impairments Strong skills in complex case management and discharge planning Experience in supervising juniors and students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using relevant software and equipment Why work with Pulse?
