You will workwithin the Assertive Outreach ethos of a team approach where all staff see allservice users, and work to deliver planned care packages and to provideevidence based intervention Main duties of the jobThe postholder will visit service users in their homes or in other community settingsto provide practical support with activities of daily living. the postholder will have a patient and consistent approach and have the skills to beable to build up therapeutic relationshipswith service users and other agencies.You will havea good working knowledge of psychosis, schizophrenia, personality disorder andsubstance use. You willideally have basic physical health monitoring knowledge or be willing to trainin this area. You will havesome knowledge of medication management.
