Job summary
We require enthusiastic, innovative Registered Nurse's to work in our Oncology and Haematology ward (Somersham Ward).
You will work within a close working team of nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team supporting a25 bedded ward caring for patients undergoing chemotherapy, radioactive treatments, peripheral stem cell transplants.
You will also support with palliative and supportive care.
Some Oncology or Haematology experience would be an advantage but is not essential as further training will be provided.
Main duties of the job
1. Provide quality and individualised care to patients, relatives and carers through working as an effective member of the multi-professional team
2. Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care in the absence of direct
