As part of a dynamic and supportive team, you will ensure that all loans are serviced in line with client strategies, minimising losses and ensuring compliance with SLAs and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with all teams within our two service functions to ensure strategies are executed effectively. Liaise with borrowers, third parties, and clients to facilitate cooperative property sales within agreed timelines and regulatory requirements. Manage properties in possession, ensuring they are marketed and sold in accordance with SLAs and procedures. Ensure Lifetime Mortgages are repaid within the contractual timeframes, with effective monitoring throughout the process. Provide accurate and timely responses to information requests and enquiries, ensuring they are handled in line with SLAs. Maintain up-to-date and accurate borrower information. Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, recommending and implementing enhancements. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and decisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Skills and Competencies Required: Proven experience working to strict deadlines and targets. Ability to manage and support change effectively. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Technical and regulatory competence in servicing loans and managing property sales. Excellent telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility and a strong work ethic with a solid attendance record. High attention to detail and accuracy. Desirable Skills: Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. A deep understanding of the property sale process and equity release loans.
