Location: Liverpool Street, London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus (Performance-Based)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday finish at 12 PM)
4 days in office

My client is a high-growth executive search and recruitment advisory firm specialising in Tech, Legal, Risk, and Compliance within the Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) space.
Originally founded in 2015, the business expanded to London in 2020 and is now focusing heavily on the US market.

The Role
This is a key operational hire replacing the outgoing EA/Office Manager. The role requires a jack-of-all-trades, comfortable balancing executive support, office management, operations, and some marketing and HR elements.
The successful candidate will be supporting the CEO and, to a lesser extent, another Partner, while also ensuring the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Duties
* Diary & Travel Management – Complex scheduling and travel coordination.
* Expenses & Admin – Managing reports, approvals, and general day-to-day support.
* Personal Support – Handling CEO’s personal affairs, including property management, household staff coordination, appointment scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Office & Operations Management
* Vendor & Facilities Management – Managing supplier relationships, IT, phones, and office stock.
* HR Support – Assisting with onboarding, contracts, and internal processes.
* Event Coordination – Organising team activities, lunch clubs, and occasional external events.
* Marketing Support – Posting on LinkedIn, creating pitch decks, and assisting with a new podcast launch.

* Prior EA, PA, or operational experience (minimum 2 years).
