Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled QHSE Advisor to join our team at GK Search Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with a focus on HSE legislations and ISO requirements. As a QHSE Advisor, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective quality control processes, conducting audits and risk assessments, and providing training to colleagues on HSE best practices.

Key Responsibilities
* HSE Management System: Develop, implement, and maintain an effective HSE management system that meets all relevant regulatory requirements.
* Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
* Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks associated with our operations, including equipment maintenance and storage.
* Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to colleagues on HSE best practices and quality control procedures.
Requirements
To succeed as a QHSE Advisor, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
* In-depth knowledge of HSE legislations and ISO requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, circa £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
