Our client is urgently seeking an experienced IT Change Manager with a solid background in reporting to join the team on a fixed term contract until December 2025.\n\nAs the IT Change Manager, you’ll bridge the gap between the Global Service Desk and the IT Service Management team, playing a critical part in delivering regular reports on IT function metrics and supporting workflows and documentation.\n\nKey responsibilities as the IT Change Manager:\n\n * Develop high-level process flows and facilitate solution design for business systems.\n\n * Effectively integrate systems and business processes to ensure smooth operations.\n\n * Adopt a customer-focused approach to ensure that changes deliver tangible value to the business.\n\n * Lead all aspects of the reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.\n\n * Create, implement, and maintain a report depository to provide data and analytics to senior teams in a timely manner.\n\n * Implement and manage a reporting schedule that aligns with the business needs, adapting to varying demands and handling ad-hoc requests as required.\n\n * Analyse key performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.\n\n * Collaborate with commercial and reporting disciplines to ensure reporting quality aligns with company standards.\n\n * Provide exceptional expertise in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.\n\nKey Skills and experience required as the IT Change Manager:\n\n * Proven experience in change management role.\n\n * Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.\n\n * Ability to analyse complex data and deliver meaningful insights.\n\n * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\n * Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment, managing multiple priorities.\n\n * A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is passionate about reporting, analytics, and business processes and thrive in a fast-paced environment
