Join the Award Winning Team at Link Contracting Services Ltd – A family-run, Maintenance, Planned work, M&E and Compliance provider.
Link Contracting supports the Co-op in their quest to deliver Industry leading Facilities Management. We are looking for highly skilled and motivated engineers in all disciplines to support, maintain and repair the Co-op sites and the communities they serve. As Multi trade technicians, you will have allocated geographical areas, be responsible for all FM works in the Food and Funeral care sites and build relationships with the site and wider Co-op teams.
This isn't your standard building maintenance job, and no two days will be the same. But the one thing that won't change is your dedication to providing great service to the Co-op buildings, site teams, customers, and members who work and shop there. The Co-op sites are a strong part of the local community, and we're proud to support them. So we will be maintaining and servicing the sites to make sure they look great, remain compliant, and are open for business. Because that's what being part of the Co-op is all about. That's the Co-op difference. And you'll do it all with a smile on your face, just so you can put a smile on the Co-op customers.
Experienced Mobile Multi Trade Technicians will support an established Co-op estate team working on PPM and reactive maintenance works on Food Store and Funeral Care buildings across Central England, engineers will be allocated sites in close proximity to their homes to minimise travel and improve service/efficiency.
