Job Description
As a Senior Customer Service Advisor within our Video team, you'll work with customers on an appointment bases only to open youth accounts. You'll book up to 8 appointments per day to support our customers, therefore diary management is key. Experience within a customer facing role will be beneficial within this position.

Contract type: Monday to Sunday 7am-11pm

Purpose of the role
To provide exceptional customer service while resolving more complex customer needs/requests.
Accountabilities
1. Provision of customer service through various communication channels including chat, email and phone.
2. Execution of customer service requirements to resolve more complex, specific customer needs, and give a unique, personalised resolution for each case.
