We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development/Training Manager to join our team at HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service Ltd.
This exciting opportunity is for a professional with extensive experience in delivering training into Care Homes, providing exceptional learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs, ensuring high levels of engagement and participation from trainees. They will also be responsible for managing training resources, including materials, equipment, and facilities.
Paying up to £40,000 based on £35,000 salary and £5,000 car allowance + benefits.
