Neighbourhood Housing Officer Location: Gloucester/Evesham & (hybrid working)Duration: 9 Months (FTC) Salary: £34,425Are you passionate about making a real difference in your community? As a Neighbourhood Housing Officer, you’ll be at the heart of the community, ensuring residents receive excellent housing services. You’ll manage a designated patch, providing support, resolving tenancy issues, and working closely with residents to create safe, thriving neighbourhoods. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing tenancies and estates to ensure compliance and community well-being
* Supporting residents with tenancy issues, rent concerns, and housing advice
* Proactively identifying and addressing issues affecting neighbourhoods, such anti-social behaviour, housing concerns, and environmental issues.
* Building strong relationships with residents, local authorities, and community partners.
* Conducting estate inspections to maintain safe and attractive communities
* Building strong relationships with residents to understand and address their needs
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in housing management
* Professional housing or related qualification Level 3 or working towards
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of tenancy law, anti-social behaviour, and housing regulations
* A proactive, community-focused approach with a passion for helping others
* Ability to travel within your designated area (a valid UK driving licence may be required)
