Job Title: Brand Executive (National) Reports to: Head of Brand Employment type: Full time permanent, 35 hours, Monday to Friday Based: Burntwood, Hybrid but willing to travel to sites/events around the UK when needed Salary: DOE About the role Reporting into the Head of Brand, the Brand Executive supports in the delivery of the brand marketing strategy, supports the coordination of marketing deliverables and is responsible for national campaigns, partnerships and cross-functional marketing for new product launches. Managing and influencing the brand campaign calendar for national campaigns and new product launches. Pro-actively report on the performance of brand marketing initiatives. Collaborate with third parties and partners on marketing initiatives and agreements to deliver strong performance in line with SLAs and KPIs Copywriting for marketing channels and assets, including exceptional proof reading, ensuring the brand tone of voice is championed. Work closely with the social media and Content Manager to support compelling content creation of branded content across Busy Bees platforms. Work closely with the acquisition team to deliver brand activity effectively and ensure that all acquisition activity is aligned to brand guidelines. Support in the roll-out of key marketing initiatives as requested by the Head of Brand Support the Brand and PR Manager with managing on-going charity partnerships and develop and deliver bespoke action plans as needed. Support in the delivery of customer communications for parent engagement, information, experience, and promotion. Work alongside the Local Brand Exec to build an aligned campaign calendar for all year-round activity. Communicate updates and coordinate marketing initiatives with the operations team and internal communications, ensuring all activity is clearly briefed to centre teams. Organise, produce, and proof and marketing materials to a high standard and within brand guidelines. Review data and insights and proactively provide recommendations and updates to the Head of Brand Perform project management responsibilities as needed to ensure the successful coordination and timely delivery of initiatives. Lead on administrative tasks as requested by the Head of Brand The Right Candidate Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar marketing role Holds a good understanding of brand and brand management. Proactive and confident in applying and introducing new and cutting-edge technology into marketing and business plans. Enjoys working cross functionally with departmental and operational teams as well as 3rd party partners and external agencies. Experience in executing brand campaigns to engage new / retain existing customers. Great communication and people skills – social, verbal and written. A strong focus on results – utilising data to analyse results and success of campaigns. Be organised and have effective time management skills. Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities. Demonstrable hands-on experience and delivers campaigns to time and budget. Ability to take people on a journey. A good strong all-around generalist marketer
