Working for our organisation
The vision of this trust is to be recognized by the people of Bolton and beyond as an excellent provider of health and care services and a great place to work. We are striving to attract, recruit, and retain high-caliber staff that reflect our communities. We are an inclusive employer who trains and develops our staff in a positive learning environment. We aim to be consciously inclusive and therefore we welcome applications from all sectors of the community. We would particularly encourage candidates from a black minority and ethnic (BAME) background and candidates with health conditions or impairments.
The aims of this Trust are to improve the health of our people and provide the best possible care to the population we serve, ensuring that our staff have joy and pride in their work. We are striving to recruit a workforce that reflects the communities we serve. Staff are valued, and we can offer excellent opportunities for further training and development.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and highly motivated, forward-thinking individual for the role of Clinical Education Facilitator to work within the NMAHP team. The post is crucial to support our expanding work streams of clinical skills, preceptorship, and the care certificate, and to support our workers pastorally in the clinical environment. This is a fantastic development opportunity for an AHP/Nurse/Nursing Associate/Midwife.
