Are you an organized professional with a knack for coordination and administration?
We are looking for a dedicated Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a fixed term basis. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Project Managers (PMs) and field personnel in delivering safe and profitable servicing and maintenance on wind farm projects and related infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Project Managers and the Central Planning Function to mobilize manpower and plan site activities.
* Maintain accurate records of technician qualifications, ensuring compliance with training and certifications.
* Coordinate personal protective equipment (PPE) and workwear for projects, ensuring proper cost allocation.
* Create and update project plans, including technician rotations and contractual deliverables.
* Ensure accurate and timely submission of technician time registrations and other work-related data.
* Communicate with clients on progress, deviations, and deliverables in partnership with the Project Manager.
* Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for technicians.
* Utilize IT and ERP systems for effective data management and reporting.
* Monitor project changes, including variation orders and scope adjustments.
You Are
You have a relevant qualification, preferably in project management or service coordination, and experience with coordinating manpower projects, ideally within the wind industry or construction sector.
You Are Also
* Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
* Excellent in communication and stakeholder management.
* Strong in problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset.
* Adaptable, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
* Proficient with the MS Office suite and general IT/ERP systems.
* Fluent in English.
