Job summary We have an exciting opportunity within the Hub 14 Clinical Administration team (CAS) for a Hub manager. You will be responsible for proactively managing the administration team, including outpatients, WL and typing and tracking teams. Focus will be on ensuring the hub is meeting the expected KPI's and identifying continuous service improvements. You'll be required to analyse performance data ensuring high standards of operational integrity, using the data to coach and develop your team. As an advocate for the clinical administration service, you will be a visible role model promoting the work and achievements of our teams.
