Supply Chain & Shipping Administrator (Office based working Monday to Friday 07:00 am-4:00 pm) What you’ll be doing: · Assist with planning orders, scheduling and Exports · Coordinating with suppliers · Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with compliance standard · Tracking and documenting all logistics activities · Handling Shipping Doc's and Commercial Invoices What we are looking for: Previous experience with scheduling is essential Knowledge of Import and Export procedures (all modes are handled especially Air & Sea) Some knowledge in working with 3PL Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data analysis, reporting, inventory management, and maintenance tracking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organisational and time-management skills A solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
