What we need We are looking to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator to provide a courteous and professional reception service and general administrative support to the school and wider Trust. As the first point of contact for our school, your duties will include: managing visitor access in accordance with security and safeguarding procedures; dealing with face to face, telephone and general email enquiries from a range of people including, pupils, parents, staff, contractors and other visitors; in addition to providing a full range of administrative support as required by the school.
