The Role
The Senior Marketing Manager works with the Group Head of Brand to drive marketing strategies and initiatives across gaming, toys, and tech, supporting both brand growth and commercial objectives. You will oversee the planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns from ideation through to delivery, ensuring integrated launch plans, media strategies, budgets, KPIs, and timelines are met. Building strong relationships across internal teams—including PR, social, digital, eCommerce, CRM, retail marketing, and partnerships—is key to successfully executing campaigns across the brand and Group-owned channels. You will review campaign analytics, apply insights to optimize future activity, and report back to business stakeholders to ensure KPIs are exceeded.
The Person
* Minimum of 3 years in a Marketing Manager role with a track record of delivering outstanding integrated marketing campaigns.
* Prior experience within relevant industries such as gaming, fashion, sport, lifestyle or retail.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of Keynote.
