JOB TITLE: Property Services Officer REPORTS TO:Property Services Manager DEPARTMENT: Property Services Department (Head Office, L' Derry) ROLE INFORMATION:1 x37hrs Permanent. Essential Criteria Third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant building/construction subject. AND 2 years experience (within the last 7 years) within a facilities/maintenance environment. Experience to include at least one of the following: construction, mechanical and/or electrical services. OR Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent ) AND 3 years experience (within the last 7 years) within a facilities/maintenance environment. Experience to include at least one of the following: construction, mechanical and/or electrical services. This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Access NI check.
