People & Culture Manager – Integrated Creative Agency – Tunbridge Wells / Hybrid – Part-time (four days per week) – To £50k pro rata

The People & Culture Manager opportunity
Now this vibrant, growing agency is looking for a new People and Culture Manager to play a pivotal role in creating and seeing through the people initiatives that enhance its culture and make it a brilliant place to work.
This is a part-time role four days per week (your choice of days), with two or three of those to be office-based in the agency’s gorgeous space in the lively centre of Tunbridge Wells.
Collaborating closely with the senior leadership team, you will be managing the day-to-day elements of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, championing L&D and the performance review process, through to managing the smooth transitions of leavers.
This is a standalone HR role working into the Chairman and Finance Director.
The ideal candidate will be an HR generalist with at least five years’ experience, preferably with an agency background or similar creative environment. Above all, you will be an experienced HR manager, with the drive and passion to bring about changes that are in the best interests of the agency and its people.
The essentials
• Five years’ HR experience, ideally within the creative, advertising or media sectors
• CIPD Qualified, or relevant experience
• Strong understanding of UK Employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work both collaboratively and independently.
• Has a creative, proactive and strategic approach
• Good knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office
• A high level of integrity and confidentiality
Work from home policy
This is a hybrid role, with two or three days spent in the agency’s Tunbridge Wells office each week.
Salary
£45-50k pro rata depending on experience plus a good range of hard and soft benefits.
