Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive housing advice and support to residents and applicants.
Manage housing applications and allocate properties in accordance with policies and procedures.
Conduct property inspections and assess housing conditions to ensure compliance with standards.
Address tenancy issues and disputes, working to resolve conflicts amicably and effectively.
Collaborate with local authorities and organizations to support community housing initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of housing applications, tenancies, and relevant communications.
Promote and facilitate community engagement and involvement in housing services.
Requirements
Proven experience in a housing or customer service role within a relevant sector.
Strong knowledge of housing legislation, policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse populations.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in using computer systems and software for record-keeping and reporting.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay Per Hour: £23.86
