Overview Service and Parts Advisor Operating within the Dealership, reporting to the Dealership Manager, you will be part of a team developing and sustaining superior performance in parts and service administration with face to face customer liaison. Basic up to £32,000 dependent on experience Mon-Fri 42.5 hours with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings paid at time and a half. Service Ensure when working on the Front of House reception that customers are greeted with a friendly and professional manner when booking in their vehicle, relaying back costs and information from their service and inspections etc. Updating the customer throughout with timelines and costs where applicable Ensure that the service area is kept clean and tidy, and that equipment is in good condition reflecting the image of an efficient and modern Retail Dealer point. Parts Ensure customer orders are taken and supplied to the correct specification. Ensure that procedures are correctly carried out for the ordering of goods and their receipt. Ensure that the parts area is kept clean and tidy, and that equipment is in good condition reflecting the image of an efficient and modern Retail Dealer point. General Duties Work with the team to ensure a strong top team ethos. Assist with maintaining a clean and professional Service and Parts area. Attend any training or development activity that is made available. Requirements Required Competencies: To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally.
