You will lead on policy development in this area, offering expert guidance to enable the University to actively promote and assure best practice, in collaboration with other UWE stakeholders. You will oversee the development of appropriate processes that support the compliance and delivery of university policies in research ethics, governance, and integrity; and provide expertise to enable the University to respond to changes in the regulatory environment affecting research and research ethics.
You will play a central role in leading the promotion and wider understanding of good research conduct and embedding a culture of research integrity across the University. This will include identifying and applying ways of cross-College working to promote best practice, working closely with key university stakeholders to ensure the appropriate consideration of research activity in these areas.
About You
We are seeking an individual with expertise in research ethics, integrity, and governance, as well as extensive sector knowledge in areas allied to this remit such as the Trusted Research agenda.
