About the role: Our forward-thinking, inclusive community school in Brent is excited to welcome an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team! As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play an essential role in supporting our youngest students through hands-on learning experiences and a caring approach. Working closely with the EYFS teachers, you'll help to foster a positive, stimulating environment where children can develop a love for learning. Your work will involve supporting group activities, encouraging children's social, emotional, and intellectual development, and working one-on-one with students needing extra assistance.

Application Requirements:
1. Previous experience working with early years or primary-aged children.
2. Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

4. Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
5. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that align with the EYFS framework.
2. Support the class teacher in planning and organizing learning materials.
3. Encourage positive interactions and help children develop essential social skills.
4. Monitor and document students' progress, sharing updates with teachers and parents.
5. Ensure the learning environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
