The Role:
* Reliability Engineering: Develop Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) for new and existing Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) assets, optimize asset availability through Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies, and conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) with actionable recommendations.
* Project Management: Lead or participate in small to medium-sized capital projects, ensuring objectives are met safely, on time, and within budget. Develop project scopes, cost estimates, and schedules while managing risk and communicating with key stakeholders.
* E&I Project Engineering: Provide technical input for capital projects, including technology selection, equipment specification, and contractor support. Oversee the creation and approval of E&I drawings and ensure successful project execution from design through to commissioning.
The Person:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or HND/Foundation Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of relevant industrial experience.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a reliability, engineering, or project management role, with a proven ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
* Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to decision-making. Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments are essential.
* Ethics: Demonstrates highly ethical behavior and compliance with all applicable legislation.
