Job Title: Delivery Manager Location: Saltash Employment type: Contract / Permanent Duration: 6-12 months Our client is a leading company in the industry and renowned for their involvement with the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Telecommunication services on Infrastructure Projects throughout the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to work on the Saltash Tunnel refurbishment project. Key Responsibilities: Help deliver the project to meet cost, time and quality requirements. Understand the commercials of the project and can apply them to ensure margins are achieved. Ensure that the site works team is correctly staffed with competent personnel to meet company and required safety standards, as well as technical capability to undertake the works. Responsible for the performance of the project from a delivery perspective, ensuring activities are undertaken inline with the programme and commercial budgets. Liaise with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. Driving the productivity and all works during the project life cycle. Skills and Experience: Experience in managing clients, contractors and coordinating stakeholders. Ideal to be experienced within the highways sector. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Experience managing budgets and forecasting expenditure. Excellent IT skills in MS Office suite Strong project management and organisational skills.
