Overview of the Role
As a Key Accounts Assistant, you will be taking orders from pharmacies as well as developing new accounts and relationships. The role involves a mixture of inbound and outbound calls. This role will be working 5 days on site in Redditch, with the working pattern being Monday - Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm.
Main Responsibilities
1. Taking inbound calls and placing orders for pharmacies.
2. Upselling and promoting offers and new lines to pharmacies.
3. Building relationships with owners/managers of groups.
4. Providing field sales reps with information when requested.
5. Monitoring transactions and investigating irregular purchases.
6. Helping and investigating distribution complaints.
7. Assisting with product recalls.
