We are looking to recruit dynamic and innovative Band 3 Health Care Assistant to work across the Bridlington and Driffield Community Nursing Teams, as part of the Integrated Nursing and Conditions services within CHCP CIC.
This is a Full Time Post 37.5hrs
Main duties of the job
You will be joining a dynamic and proactive nursing team working in partnership with associated health and social care providers. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working under their own initiative, and are ready for the challenge of working autonomously in a community setting.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Level 3 or equivalent level of experience in Health and Social Care
* Hold Care Certificate or willingness to complete the within induction period
Knowledge & Experience
* Experience of working in a health care environment
* Experience of prioritising own work load
* Good understanding of basic IT skills
