Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Store Managers to provide a comprehensive recruitment service focusing on all hourly paid store team roles. You will contribute to the development and delivery of the Talent Acquisition strategy for the business.
Key Accountabilities:
* Support the Talent Manager with the recruitment of all store team roles.
* Advertise all vacancies internally & externally.
* Utilise the Applicant Tracking System to manage candidates through the recruitment process to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
* Conduct and arrange telephone or video interviews for shortlisted candidates, scheduling interviews/assessment centres.
* Directly source candidates and represent the employer brand through social platforms and the careers website, working closely with third parties such as Indeed and JCP for hard-to-fill roles.
* Support the new store strategy, ensuring full recruitment pre-merchandising.
* Support the BU strategy of wage control through headcount and salary benchmarking.
* Manage the candidate journey, being the point of contact for candidate queries and escalating when required.
* Check the application process to ensure it is effective for candidates applying for our roles.
* Ensure adherence to employer brand guidelines and maintain a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
* Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders through the delivery of service levels.
* Produce monthly activity reports on KPIs such as time to fill, fill rate, and ROI of social platforms used.
* Ensure all offers and contracts are correct and delivered in a timely manner.
* Adhere to all employment legislation and internal compliance to protect candidates and the business.

Essential:

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and communicate with managers at all levels.
* Excellent attention to detail.

* Enjoy working with systems and have an understanding of data.
