The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Leader to join our entrepreneurial and dynamic leadership team. This role is a great opportunity to join an up and coming company in the local and global security and facilities management industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead generation: Develop pipeline of sales opportunities through making sales contacts, research customer needs and effective positioning of TTC's products and services to prospective customers:
* Develop focus through definition of target market and target buyer profiles
* Research sales targets and individuals buyers, collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
* Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and business and technical developments that affect target markets.
* Determine market strategies and goals for each solution and service, articulate those in collaboration with management and the marketing function, and execute effective sales strategies for the target market segments
1. Close customer deals: Make sales contacts and deliver the company message in several contexts including prospecting calls, initial prospecting meetings, demonstrations, and hosting subject matter events:
* Qualify leads and opportunities provided by marketing or through company events and customer activities.
* Cold call, network, prospect and identify potential clients to agree meetings
* Manage the discovery process with the prospect to fully understand the pains and benefits that TTC solutions can fulfill.
* Define sales strategy and sales plan for TTC's solutions and services for targeted accounts in the selected industry segments.
* Meet sales targets across the territory. Manage and grow existing clients.
* Work with the Presales and Marketing team to derive appropriate account strategy.
* Do first level and second level presentations.
2. Process adherence: Maintain CRM tool for opportunities, prepare high quality proposals for customers:
* Maintain all sales activities in record in company CRM tool
* Prepare proposals that meet both prospect and company expectations, including correct pricing, terms & conditions, etc.
* Understand and present value propositions and proposals to prospects, in multiple contexts including using personal meetings and networking, PowerPoint presentations, trade show contacts and other ways of connecting with prospects as required.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Highly desirable sales experience from security industry, private policing, facilities management, concierge services, or similar
* 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
* 5+ years' of experience in sales
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong team and collaboration skills
* IT and systems management skills
