Working under general guidance and within set guidelines, you will be required to undertake a range of administrative tasks, assist senior employees with specific projects as directed and provide management support to administration employees and volunteers. A key focus of this role is to ensure the provision of timely and accurate customer-centred support which enables the Society to efficiently achieve desired outcomes across business operations. This is a Permanent Part-Time Position (25 hours per week) role based in Southport. Skills And Experiences To be successful in the role, you will meet the following criteria: Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience Previous experience in a high-volume administration support and Receptionist duties Previous experience in the management and support of staff and/or volunteers Microsoft Office suite proficiency with advanced aptitude in Word, Outlook and Excel Exemplary phone manner and a professional attitude which promotes SVdP’s core values Ability to work with a diverse range of key stakeholders Personal aptitude for attention to detail and data accuracy Understanding of and commitment to the philosophy of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland and an ability to work in accordance with policies and procedures to promote the values and mission of the Society Ready to apply?
