Together we have big ambitions and, to help us achieve these we’re looking for a Head of Finance to join the team and own the financial planning for the group.
What you’ll be doing
Based in either the UK or Copenhagen, Denmark, as Head of Finance you'll be responsible for driving the financial planning of the company by analysing performance and risks, retaining constant awareness of the company’s financial position, (and acting to prevent problems), and overseeing the company’s finance IT system.
You'll also work with - and manage the relationship between - Liva Healthcare and our outsourced finance partners to ensure all goals are met.
You'll oversee all financial aspects of business across both locations including auditing, forecasting, pricing and modelling to drive the company’s financial strategy.
Other responsibilities
Oversee all audit and internal control operations.
Manage a small team.
Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to leadership.
Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
Ideally you’ll have:
Experience in a similar role, and, if you had experience within a high-growth tech or SaaS business that would be a bonus. You will have a broad knowledge of all accounting, financial and business principles, be a strategic thinker and an effective leader who can make goodprofit-driven decisions.
And also:
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
An analytical mind with a strategic ability
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field
Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or Danish equivalent.
