We’re looking for a dedicated Inclusion Support Worker to join a specialist school in Lymington, supporting students aged 11 to 16 with special educational needs (SEN). This full-time role offers the chance to make a real impact in a supportive and structured environment.

School Hours - Monday to Friday, 8.20am to 4pm (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support

* Work closely with teachers and support staff
