£23,000 (dependant on experience)

Permanent Contract
Location: Boston Spa Agency
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

About the role:
The scope of your role will include, but is not exclusive to the following:
* Responsibility for managing the Agency renewals in line with all processes and requirements that are completed today.
* Continuation of administrative support to Samantha Webster in the booking and preparation of review appointments as you fulfil today.
* Continued support to the wider team in providing an excellent service to customers, billing administration and general tasks as required.
* The executive administrative support you provide will be extended to the Partners of the Agency as required and may include customer visits and system keying of customer information following reviews.
About you:
* Be able to communicate effectively, both in written format and verbal expression.
* Be able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement.
* Demonstrate attributes of honesty, integrity, due skill, care and diligence at all times.
* Possess good IT skills to use Microsoft programmes and specific NFU Mutual systems for example, iFaces, iAchieve and TRACE.
* Develop and sustain effective working relationships where applicable with customers, the Agency team and relevant NFU Mutual staff.
* Ability to demonstrate and evidence appropriate level/s of education applicable for the role.
* Possess good sales and customer service skills.
