To provide ad-hoc support to service managers with business management expertise when required. To work closely with ADOs to ensure the overall smooth management of the divisional business. Provide change management expertise to the divisional triumvirates. To highlight performance related risks and issues To proactively identify opportunities to improve the management and performance of divisions.
