Our client, a well-established organisation based in the Norfolk area, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Industrial Chemist / Scientist to join their manufacturing site. Education & Experience Required: BSc/MSc/PhD in Chemistry or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in process improvement or a pilot plant environment. Key Responsibilities: Support and contribute to the design and development of process plants. Provide technical expertise for problem-solving and troubleshooting. Conduct audits on plant performance standards. Offer technical support to multiple production plants in collaboration with the Plant Manager. Demonstrate significant hands-on experience in validation and process improvement. Apply a strong understanding of laboratory and investigative studies to support both current and future manufacturing processes. The Ideal Candidate: Must have several years of experience within manufacturing industries and be capable of working in a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
