Key Responsibilities
Claim Management – Validate and process warranty claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with policy terms and conditions.
Job Coordination – Schedule service appointments with installers and keep customers informed about their service timelines.
Failure Analysis & Resolution – Investigate product failures, liaise with internal teams, and ensure a swift resolution.
Customer Communication – Keep customers engaged, informed, and reassured throughout their journey with Hammonds.
Collaboration – Work closely with sales, customer service, and installation teams for seamless service delivery.
Record-Keeping & Reporting – Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports to enhance processes.
