This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the Drinks industry, and more prominently, the world of premium rum. Currently only scratching the surface in releasing the first of many Drops and having recently gone through a packaging re-design, the team need more resource to finish rolling out a new look and feel whilst keeping our community engaged.

We’re seeking an experienced Content & Digital Marketeer to work alongside our Head of Marketing and an awesome cross-functional team, you'll play a pivotal role in turning our marketing dreams into reality!
The Role: Content and Digital Marketing Executive Extraordinaire!
As our Content & Digital Marketing Assistant, your mission is to assist in creating, crafting, implementing, and managing our out-of-this-world marketing strategies. From brainstorming wild marketing plans, creating stunning visuals, to running our social media, your skills will help fuel our ambition. You will be social-media native and a content creation lover, with experience email marketing.
Responsibilities: Let the Fun Begin!
1. A fundamental part of our team – we are a small team, some would even call it a ‘family’, every person counts!
2. Execute against marketing plans and strategies that align with our goals, ensuring a consistent brand message and look and feel across all of our channels and beyond.
3. Develop understanding of our target audiences and analyse market trends, sharing with the wider team.
4. Creating assets for mind-blowing marketing plans, advertisements, and campaigns. Photography / videography expertise is desirable, but as long as the output is grand – we would love to hear from you.
5. Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and digital channels with flair and finesse.
6. Write and proof-read content – with excellent attention to detail.
7. Experience of running paid social media campaigns, advantageous.
8. Data obsessed! Track performance metrics and tell the story in monthly reports.
9. Be the mastermind behind email campaigns and automation, with the ability to set up new flows independently.
10. Develop ideas to build our email lists and grow our following.
11. Create and manage dazzling content across all our channels.
12. Support our sales teams through creation of materials.
13. Support at consumer and customer events (travel required from time to time).

4. Top class initiative and able to work independently, being self-sufficient.
5. Passion for experiential and image-led brands.
6. Willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, we are a small business and flexibility is a pre-requisite.
