Forward Waste Management is a well-established, continuously growing SME with currently 60 employees, providing innovative and value-added waste management services, primarily focused towards the manufacturing sector. We are currently seeking an HR Generalist/Advisor with extensive experience in a stand-alone role and a fast-paced environment. Some of your responsibilities will include; Ensuring all HR administration and processing tasks are carried out to a very high standard. Reviewing and updating policies and procedures, in line with legislative requirements Working to KPIs to reduce absence and turnover levels First line support to managers and colleagues in the use of HRIS Advising and w orking with managers on HR projects Supporting the end-to-end recruitment and selection processes Co-ordinating and checking the monthly payroll process as required Providing legal and best practice advice to managers and employees Coordinating, developing and delivering management development training activities and new starter inductions along with other compliance training. Co-ordinating, developing and delivering Quarterly Company Updates The ideal Candidate: Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualification Extensive HR Generalist experience in a standalone role High level of confidentiality is essential The ability to work alone as well as part of a team The ability to work accurately, with great attention to detail IT literacy in HR systems, and Microsoft applications Previous payroll administration experience Excellent organisational skills, and able to work in a rapidly changing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills
