Job Description
We're recruiting for a Payroll Manager - System implementation, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our payroll systems across multiple sites.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, including the Financial Controller and Group Finance Director, on a business-critical project that will directly impact the future of payroll operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Run payroll, ensuring integrity and accuracy of posted payroll journals for both weekly and monthly payrolls.
* Take ownership of all HMRC-related payroll reporting (RTI uploads, P11D submissions, PSA calculations).
* Process pension provider uploads and manage related data.
* Manage payroll data for internal and external audits, as well as third-party reviews.
* Stay up to date with payroll legislation, ensuring ongoing compliance with HMRC and NMW regulations.
* Oversee day-to-day management of the implementation of a new payroll system across multiple sites.
