We're looking for a Water Operational Risk Service Analyst (ORSA) to join our Intelligent Control Centre (ICC), to monitor and manage alarms within the ICC from our Water operational assets across Scotland.  What youâll do  You'll respond to risks that could impact service delivery, customer satisfaction, or environmental compliance, providing essential support to field teams managing asset and customer service issues. You'll play a key role in fostering a strong culture of knowledge and risk management, ensuring customer service is protected and continuously improved. You'll work closely with other CSD functions to understand the impact of burst activities at all levels to ensure effective risk management and mitigation measures are in place, keeping service delivery running smoothly.  What youâll need A strong understanding of water network systems and the actions needed to protect or restore service disruptions is essential. Youâll also need significant experience across Scottish Waterâs operational activities, particularly in water delivery services.  Looking out for you The role involves working shifts which complies with the 35-hour working week. If youâre new to Scottish Water, youâll join us on a starting salary of £33,560.
