If you're passionate about organisation and customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!\n\nWhy work for this company?\n\nGreat company culture and team environment.\nRegular socials, activities, and team events.\nHybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.\nA chance to work and develop within a reputable company.\nGreat exposure to a varied role, allowing you to grow and develop your experience and skills!\nModern offices located right in the City of London, close to markets, bars, and restaurants!Duties:\n\nAdministration Support: Assist partners and team members with a variety of administrative tasks.\nOffice Management: Produce letters, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes to ensure smooth operations.\nGeneral Admin Tasks: Engage in printing, filing, scanning, and documentation to keep our office running efficiently.\nCustomer Service: Answer phone calls, greet clients, and deliver excellent customer service with professionalism.\nIT Proficiency: Utilise Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel for various tasks.\nAd Hoc Tasks: Flexibility to undertake additional tasks as required by the team.\nCommunication: Make calls to clients, HMRC, and Companies House, ensuring timely and effective communication.\nPolicy Compliance: Adhere to internal office policies and procedures while contributing to the improvement of processes.\nCollaboration: Liaise with staff across our group of companies to enhance teamwork.\nContinuous Learning: Show eagerness to learn new software, both internal (work management software) and external (bookkeeping/accounting software).\nSales Administration: Support the sales process by following up with clients, organising leads, and assisting partners to close deals.\nProject Support: Help in creating PowerPoints, presentations, brochures, designs, proposals, and more to showcase our work.Requirements: \n\nA proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others.\nExcellent communicator with strong customer service skills.\nTech-savvy, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new software and tools.\nA team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting colleagues.
