This school has recently received an outstanding rating from Ofsted. The successful educator will be working in a full-time role (8:30am-3:30pm) and is required to start in school from as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver exciting and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Reception-aged children. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and confident. Assess and track the progress of pupils, providing feedback to children and parents. Support the development of children’s social, emotional, and physical skills. Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff members to support learning and wellbeing. Ensure that the classroom environment is stimulating, organized, and conducive to learning. Develop strong relationships with parents and guardians to support each child’s learning journey.
