Experienced Professionals Program
The Morgan Stanley Experienced Professionals Program (MSEPP) is designed to recruit professionals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, with or without a background in finance, and to develop their banking skillsets through training and the apprenticeship model. This program emphasizes attracting populations who have experienced barriers to entry in the finance industry, including first-generation college students and people from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
This program is open to applicants of any race, gender, or other protected characteristic.
Training
The program is based principally at the firm's London office and will commence in July 2025. Successful candidates will be offered a permanent Analyst level role in one of our participating divisions. On joining, participants will complete six to eight weeks of formal orientation, training, and development, along with training and study sessions to prepare for any required licensing and registration exams.
Participating Divisions
* Global Capital Markets: Expertise in market analysis and advisory and capital-raising services for corporations, institutions, and governments.
* Investment Banking: Expertise in market analysis and advisory and capital-raising services for corporations, institutions, and governments.
* Research: In-depth analysis of companies, industries, markets, and world economies.
* Sales & Trading: Assess and manage risk, trade securities, manage client relationships, and execute transactions.
* Investment Management (MSIM): Provides investment performance and solutions to a diverse client base.
What You'll Bring To The Role
* At least two years of post-graduate experience along with a strong academic background.
* Additional skills such as programming and qualifications like an MBA, CPA, CFA, ACA may be an asset.
* You are analytical, adaptive, a team player, and a multi-tasker.
* Self-motivated, curious, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Ability to present conclusions clearly and well-structured.
* Results-driven and perform well under pressure.
* Commitment to excellence and high professional standards.
