Requirements
1. A good track record of working in a sales and account management environment
2. Good negotiation and influencing skills
3. Good communication skills, written and verbal
4. Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
5. Experienced user of the CRM system and Salesforce
6. Commercial approach when making decisions
7. Good problem-solving and numerical skills
8. Able to work as a team and individually
9. A good understanding of the UK energy markets (trends in pricing / market movement etc)
10. General knowledge of individual proposition offerings from energy suppliers, therefore demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
11. Ability to analyse and review large data sets quickly and effectively - quickly establishing any anomalies and the best proposition for the customer
Other Information
1. Salary up to £26k per annum with generous commission structure
2. Starting at 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
3. Hybrid and flexible working - you MUST be able to work from our Lytham office 2 days per week
