Office Manager - Global Manufacturing business Duties of the Office Manager:
Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures
Support the sales team with orders
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
MD support - travel and diary management
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords
Ensure the office remains clean, well organised and safe
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

A successful Office Manager should have:
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
